    Bakersfield Speedway concludes its 69th season of action tonight and Saturday night with the inaugural Thanksgiving Thunder.

    Modifieds, Sport Modifieds, and Hobby Stocks will run features on both days, while Mini Stocks and American Stocks will run tonight only with Super Street Stocks, Dwarf Cars and Mini Dwarfs running Saturday only.

    Both days of action will be twilight shows with grandstands opening at 2 p.m. and racing at 3 p.m. Nearly all the 2014 Bakersfield Speedway track champions will be on hand to defend their home turf against a strong entry list of drivers from across the west.
