    CHICAGO -- The CSUB men's basketball team went on an 8-0 run with six minutes to play in the first half and never looked back Saturday in a 57-41 win at Chicago State.

    CSUB used a stifling defense to hold the Cougars (4-14, 0-4 WAC) to just 41 points, the fewest the Roadrunners have allowed this season to an NCAA Division I opponent.

    The Roadrunners offense was led by Tyrell Corbin, who scored in double figures for the second straight game with 13 points on 3-of-9 from the field, and 7-of-7 from the free-throw line to go with his eight rebounds.

    Aly Ahmed also scored 13 points, 10 in the second half while securing eight rebounds on 6-of-14 shooting. The Roadrunners trailed only once following the first score of the game by Chicago...
