ONTARIO -- The Ontario Reign continued its dominance of the Condors on Wednesday, scoring twice in the final 3 minutes for a 4-2 victory in an ECHL hockey game at Citizens Business Bank Arena.
The Reign improved to 4-0-2 against the Condors this season and 34-11-1-2 overall).
Center Nicholas Tremblay scored two third-period goals, the second with 10:17 left, to help the Condors (14-32-2-3) tie it 2-2.
However, the Reign got consistent offensive zone pressure and broke the tie when Derek Couture snapped a shot past Condors goaltender Brian Stewart with just under three minutes remaining. The Reign then tacked on an empty-netter late.
Tremblay's first goal was a backhander past Reign goaltender Chris Carrozzi 7 minutes into the final period. Tremblay's second goal was assisted by Francis Verreault and Scott Freeman.
