Condors building with assets from last season
By The Bakersfield Californian
Condors coach Matt O'Dette continues use the building blocks he acquired last season to build his team for the upcoming season.
The Condors announced on Wednesday that center Robbie Dee, who led the team in goals with 19 last season, will be back for the 2012-13 season as will defenseman Scott Enders.
That makes five players announced for next season (Tyler Helfrich, Justin Pender and Chris Kushneriuk are the others), all of them returners from last season. None of the five were with the Condors when last season started.
Dee scored 19 goals and 40 points in 51 games after being acquired from Florida. Enders joined the season at the end of his collegiate career at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, and had two assists in nine games.
