Kern County, southern San Joaquin Valley LAKE ISABELLA: Continued light fishing pressure, but the winter catfish bite has continued fair. Bass, bluegill and carp are all slow. Boat launching Boats available near Red's Marina, but four-wheel-drive vehicles are recommended. No docks or marinas are available.
