By THE BAKERSFIELD CALIFORNIAN

FRESNO -- Karsyn Guzman had her first multi-hit game of her college career, but Cal State Bakersfield could muster little else at the plate in a 9-1 run-rule loss to host Fresno State to close out the Bulldog Classic on Sunday.

The Roadrunners (2-9) lost all five games they played over the weekend in Fresno.

CSUB totaled just four hits in Sunday's game, with pitcher Sydney Raeber driving in Guzman in the fourth inning for the Roadrunners only run of the game.

Karissa Veiga had CSUB's other hit, bringing her season total up to a team-leading 17.

The Roadrunners play next at the Amy S. Harrison Tournament at UC Riverside beginning Friday.
