Vision, drive benefit community

By The Bakersfield Californian

I find myself smiling as I reread your news story on the Residences at West Columbus development to benefit foster youth and low-income families ("Housing plans to help former foster youth succeed," Feb. 19). Randy Coats and all those involved are to be congratulated on not only seeing a need but having the vision and drive to see it to completion. What an extraordinary project and benefit to our community.
