Start litter lessons early

Litter eradication is high on my list of priorities for our town. Maybe local school boards can help. Maybe our children can help educate our adults. How about taking a few minutes in every classroom, every week, to discuss the social issues of the community -- litter and graffiti to name two?
Just a couple of minutes to point out the responsibility and accountability each of us have to our community, our family, our school, our neighborhood, our home. If we can start with the younger generation, we may have a chance to improve. Why not try and see?
