Cycle on his street, please

I, like many other people, am excited to see the Amgen Tour returning to Bakersfield. This is a great event. I hope this professional cycling competition will be an annual occurrence here. I have only one request. Next time the tour is in town, have it in my neighborhood so we can have our streets repaved and the area spruced up.
