Movie forgets Filipino struggle

Why is it always the same with Hollywood movies? They have a lot great ideas and stories to tell of personal struggles, but the movie industry always messes with the meaning behind the truth ("Introducing Cesar Chavez," March 23).

In this case, the Chavez movie only tells the viewer one small side of this struggle. What happened to the Filipinos? Are we not part of ongoing struggle even today? If Cesar were alive today, I'm sure he would have stopped production because it does not tell the truth about the struggle. Don't forget the Delano Manongs. We the Pinoy were the ones who started the struggle. Don't go see the movie.
