October is National Bullying Prevention Month, and I just read a story about a boy at a local middle school who is being bullied and the school does not seem to be able to protect this child. Maybe it is time that parents wake up these middle schools and start talking with attorneys about how the schools are failing to protect their children.
I am sure school districts would rather pay to adopt better policies rather than to pay out settlements.
