Village Fest: live entertainment, unlimited food samples and 15 beer samples.

It doesn't get any better than that.

Tickets to Village Fest are already being sold and Monday on 'First Look with Scott Cox," Jim Luff, president of CARE, said tickets are selling fast.

"Don't wait until the last minute because we always sell out," Luff said.

Proceeds from Village Fest will benefit the Kern County Museum and CARE.

CARE is a nonprofit organization that raises money for local children's charities. Luff said proceeds stay in Kern County and go directly toward children's needs.

Tickets are $70 in advance and $75 at the door, but Luff said tickets the day of the event are limited.
