Judge stops ban on large sugary drinks in NYC


A New York State Supreme Court judge invalidated New York City's ban on large sugary drinks on Monday, The New York Times is reporting. The decision comes one day before the rules impacting some but not all food establishments were to go into effect.

Justice Milton A. Tingling Jr. called the rule against such drinks "arbitrary and capricious," The New York Times said.
