The office of Crisp Real Estate Inc. — one of 13 locations raided last month by federal agents investigating the former Crisp & Cole companies — closed this week.
RE/MAX Magic has signed a lease for the Town and Country shopping center office at the corner of Stockdale Highway and Coffee Road, owner and broker Debbie Banducci said Tuesday.

RE/MAX Magic, which has an existing office in town, will use the new space as a specialty center for bank-owned properties, Banducci said.
"That office is turning into a foreclosure office," she said.
Old Crisp & Cole Real Estate signs were ripped down Monday, and RE/MAX started to move in on Tuesday, Banducci said.
Worries people might assume her firm was associated with the troubled Crisp & Cole partnership were trumped by the office’s prime location at a busy intersection, she said.
“I do love that location and facility,” Banducci said.
The young Crisp Real Estate founder and former Crisp & Cole partner, David Crisp, could not immediately be reached for comment Tuesday.
