Nothing says the holidays like watching the movie "The Polar Express." But watching it on the big screen at the Fox Theater is even better.

Wednesday on "First Look with Scott Cox," Mark Corum, director of media services at Hall Ambulance, talked about the first Harvey L. Hall's Christmas Matinee showing Saturday.

"If you ever went to the Fox Theater on Saturdays for matinee, this will bring back memories that you can share with your kids and family," Corum said.

Admission is a new, unwrapped toy that will be distributed to sick or injured children in the community, he said.

Besides the movie showing, which kicks off at 4:15 p.m., there will be pictures with Santa, Christmas carolers, popcorn and soda.

The event is from 2 to 6 p.m. For more information, call 322-8741 or visit www.hallamb.com.
