Christmas Parade deadlines approaching

Deadlines are coming up to participate in the 30th Annual Bakersfield Christmas Parade, "An American Christmas."
The parade will be held 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6 and go through downtown Bakersfield.
Parade applications for floats, walking/marching groups, vehicles, equestrian and school marching bands must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. Nov. 1.
Food vendor applications are due Monday, Nov. 5, and are required for anyone wishing to sell food during the parade. Merchandise vendors have a deadline date of Monday, Nov. 12.
All application forms along with fees, deadline dates, rules and regulations are posted on the parade website, bcparade.com.
