Police did not say whether they believe Foreman pulled the trigger. Previously they have said the shooter was a teenaged male, accompanied by another male teen and a female.

The teens were walking past the house around 12:30 a.m. July 5 when "the assailant suddenly brandished a semi-automatic handgun and began to indiscriminately" fire into the crowd, police said. The teens then ran south on T.

Anthony Mack Johnson, 37, of Jacksonville, Texas, died at the scene after receiving multiple gunshot wounds.

His wife, Chrystin Johnson, 35, was shot in the leg; Bakersfield resident Cynthia Mackey, 46, was shot in the hand; Lavar Johnson, 32, of Madera, was shot in the abdomen; and Larry Dellouette, 62, of Los Angeles, was shot in the foot.

The group was part of a large family reunion and Fourth of July celebration at a home near 1st and T streets.

Foreman was picked up in the 3700 block of Ming Avenue, police said.
