Passenger killed in Arvin crash

A passenger who died Sunday after the vehicle he was traveling in was struck by another vehicle has been identified as 20-year-old Pedro Rojas.
The Arvin man died at 7:43 p.m. at the scene of the crash at North Derby Street and East Bear Mountain Boulevard in Arvin, according to a coroner's office news release.
