Choose from chicken or steak, salad, bread, wine and dessert while helping raise money for three local organizations at the Vino Amore event April 26.

Monday on "First Look with Scott Cox," Ronald McDonald House of Bakersfield house manager Scarlett Sabin said tickets are limited.

There will be a live and silent auction with great options to bid on, Sabin said. Simulcast host Scott Cox will provide a signed Merle Haggard guitar to be auctioned as well.

Proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Bakersfield, the Valley Fever Americas Foundation and the Bakersfield East Rotary Foundation.

Vino Amore kicks off at 7 p.m. at Garces Memorial High School's Monsignor Leddy Hall. For more information, call 900-8995.
