City council meeting: budget, pension measure

We're heading into the meat of tonight's meeting.
First up is what the council chooses to do writing a ballot argument for the pension reform measure that will be on the November ballot.
Hanson makes a motion for Scrivner, Weir and Couch to write the argument (not the measure itself, which the council already voted on), and to have KernTax write the rebuttal argument.
It goes, with Carson and Benham voting no.
Next up: Back to Stockdale Ranch for the third time. This will probably go through easily, then we'll get to the budget.
