Police seeking indecent exposure suspect
By The Bakersfield Californian
Bakersfield police are seeking help finding a man who exposed himself indecently to two females outside a southeast-area school one month ago.
At about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, a man approached two females sitting in a vehicle at Bessie Owens Intermediate School, located at 815 Eureka St., according to a BPD news release. The suspect asked the victims what time it was, at which point the victims noticed the suspect was exposing himself, police said.
The man ran away after the females expressed disgust.
The man is identified as black with a light complexion, in his early 30s, with a short black afro hairstyle and a one-inch goatee in a rubber band.
He was last seen wearing a brown checkered jacket and blue denim pants.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call BPD at 327-7111 or Detective Don Cegielski at 326-3556.
