Several vehicle thefts reported at Bakersfield College

Three confirmed incidents of grand theft auto have occurred at Bakersfield College over the past month.
Two thefts were of Honda vehicles from the free parking area/southwest lot at the corner of University Avenue and Haley Street at Bakersfield College's Panorama Campus. One theft was of a Honda vehicle from street parking at Haley Street.
There have been other reports of grand theft auto from residential parking in neighborhoods adjacent to Bakersfield College. No suspects have been identified.
Anyone who sees unusual activity in and around Bakersfield College and its parking lots is asked to call 395-4554 or, in an emergency, 911.
