One stabbed in Oildale Wednesday

On Wednesday, deputies responded to a report of aa stabbing in the 200 block of Universe Avenue in Oildale.
Deputies found a 49-year-old Bakersfield man suffering from a cut on his upper body. The man was taken to a local hospital and the wound does not appear to be life-threatening.
The suspect's identity has not been confirmed and the investigation is ongoing. The victim has said he knows the suspect.
