One injured in south Bakersfield shooting

A possibly gang-related shooting left a man with moderate to major injuries in south Bakersfield Tuesday afternoon.
Police said they received a call at 4:15 p.m. regarding a shooting in the 1400 block of Calcutta Drive, just east of South H Street. Officers found a man with a gunshot wound lying on the sidewalk.
The man was taken to a local hospital, police said. Witnesses said the shots came from a vehicle that pulled up to the man.
Police said the victim's identity has not yet been confirmed, and there was no suspect information other than that they were described as black males.
