Suspect wanted for prowling

Bakersfield police are asking for the public's help identifying a suspect wanted for prowling.
At 3:22 a.m. Oct. 1, the suspect approached the victim's vehicle and tried to force entry.
The suspect is described as a white man between 30 to 40 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short blonde hair, a mustache, with multiple tattoos and wearing a light-colored baseball cap, T-shirt and shorts.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is asked to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111 or Detective John Blunt at 326-3964.
