Skybar security guards cited for not having required ID cards

On Friday, deputies from the Kern County Sheriff's Department, along with agents from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control conducted a joint undercover operation at the Skybar Lounge at 4208 Rosedale Highway.
This operation was conducted as a result of multiple calls for service from local residents. During the investigation, seven of the security guards employed by the business were found to not have the required security guard identification cards.
The following people were issued misdemeanor citations: Quincy Jackson, 28; Donte Williams, 25; Christopher Ventura, 24; Micheal Brewer, 25; Reginald Malone, 36; Rasha Casteel, 30; and Noell Madrid, 23. All are from Bakersfield.
