Suspect dressed as woman robs northeast bank

A man dressed as a woman robbed a bank in northeast Bakersfield Monday afternoon.
Police said the man approached a teller at the Citibank at 2525 N. Oswell St. and handed over a note demanding money. The suspect then ran from the bank after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as Hispanic, in his mid-20s, think build, and about 6 feet tall, police said. He was wearing a wig.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
