Pedestrian stuck, killed by truck

A Bakersfield pedestrian died Wednesday when he was struck by a pick-up while crossing Manor Street at Roberts Lane at 3:32 p.m., according to a coroner's office news release.
The man was identified as Joseph Andrew Holcomb, 49.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating.
