Teen alcohol prevention program being offered to community groups

The Bakersfield Police Department's "A Life Interrupted" program focuses on teen alcohol prevention and careless driving by delivering true stories involving teens throughout our community that have lost their lives due to senseless and preventable acts.
While this program is presented at numerous high schools in the Kern County area, this presentation is also often given at local community group events for teens and adults.
Anyone interested in scheduling one of these presentations is asked to contact Senior Police Officer Chance Koerner at 496-5710.
