Missing juvenile considered at risk

Bakersfield police are asking for the public's help finding a missing runaway juvenile considered at risk.
Amber Lynne Brakeman, 16, was last seen 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 11000 block of Tipperary Drive. She has the mental capacity of an 11 or-12-year-old.
Brakeman was last seen wearing a black "Stockdale High Mustangs" sweatshirt, dark pants and brown Ugg brand boots. She is described as 5 feet tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Brakeman's whereabouts is asked to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
