Suspects wanted in connection with carjacking

Bakersfield police are asking for the public's help identifying two suspects wanted for carjacking and conspiracy.

On Oct. 6, the female suspect asked the victim for a ride to the 1000 block of Oak Street. While the victim was seated in his vehicle, waiting for the female suspect to return, he was approached by a male suspect. The male suspect who brandished a knife at the victim and forced him to get out of the vehicle.

The victim complied and the male suspect drove off in the victim's vehicle, a pearl white Cadillac Seville.

The female suspect is described as Hispanic, in her twenties, 5 feet 6 inches tall, blond hair, with a "Hello Kitty" tattoo on her right arm, and a "woman's face" and the initials "W.S." on her left arm.

The male suspect is described as Hispanic, in his thirties, 6 feet tall, thin build, with long wavy hair in a ponytail, wearing a long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information regarding this case or the identity of either suspect is asked to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111 or Detective Marcela Garcia at 326-3552.
