Firefighters arrived at 9:30 p.m. to find fire coming from a bedroom window and smoke emanating from the attic.

"The structure appeared to be vacant, but previously occupied by persons unknown," firefighters reported in a news release.

Crews used multiple hose lines to bring the fire under control in 15 minutes.

Damage is estimated at $80,000. Nobody was hurt and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
