Secret Witness program offering $5,000 for information on murder case

The Secret Witness Program is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest in a murder case from May, according to a news release Monday from the Bakersfield Police Department.
On May 28, Keyshawn Clay, 21, died of an apparent gunshot wound. At 7:28 a.m., the Bakersfield Police Department responded to report of a dead man on the driveway of a residence on the 900 block of Watts Drive. When officers arrived, they found Clay suffering from the wound. He was later pronounced dead at the scene, according to the news release.
Police are still investigating the shooting, according to the news release.
