Bakersfield police are asking the public's help identifying two suspects wanted for identity theft, unlawful use of an access card and possession of stolen property.
On Jan. 11 and a later date in January, two men, independently of one another, used the victim's access cards at ATMs in various locations in Bakersfield.
The first suspect is described as white, with a goatee and wearing a dark-colored baseball hat and large sunglasses.
The second suspect is described as white, with long blond hair and wearing a dark-colored baseball hat.
