Reward offered by police for homicide clues

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by Bakersfield Police for information leading to the arrest of and filing charges against the suspect in a Nov. 4 south Bakersfield homicide.

Police are searching for leads in the shooting of Christ Park, 26, that occurred about 11 p.m. in the 700 block of Watts Drive.

Anyone with information about the case can contact police at 327-7111, Detective Jim Moore at 326-3540 or the Secret Witness Program at 322-4040. The anonymous program operates 24 hours a day and allows callers to select a code name and code number when calling.
