Two intruders tied up a man, then ransacked and robbed his east Bakersfield home Wednesday afternoon.
Kern County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched at about 3:25 p.m. to a report of a robbery in the 2200 block of Pictoria Drive, according to a Kern County Sheriff's Department news release.

The other suspect was described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 220 to 230 pounds with sandy blonde hair. He was wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans.
