An arrest warrant has been obtained for Duree Anthony Beard, 30, charging him with sexual assault, home invasion robbery and burglary.
Bear was on post-release community supervision under AB 109, which places non-violent, non-serious and non-sexual offenders under county-level supervision after their release from state prison.
