Reward offered for information leading to arrest of murder suspect

The Secret Witness Program is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest of Oscar Medina.
Medina is wanted for murder, being a felon in possession of a gun, participation in a criminal street gang and robbery in connection with a 5:47 a.m. shooting Aug. 14 at the Super 8 Motel at 3620 Wible Road. Two suspects, later identified as Medina and Kessler Cannon, entered the motel room of Angel Rios and robbed him at gunpoint.
Rios pursued the suspects and Medina shot at Rios, who later died from his injuries. Cannon has been arrested and charged with murder
