Reward offered in robbery cases

Kern Schools Federal Credit Union is offering a reward of up to $5,000, in addition to the Secret Witness Program's reward of up to $5,000, for information leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against a suspect wanted for robbery and attempted robbery, according to a Bakersfield Police news release.

Police say the suspect is wanted for one count of attempted robbery and two counts of robbery on May 28 and June 7.

The suspect vehicle is described as a 1995-2000, black, 4-door Honda Accord.

Anyone with information on identity of the suspect is asked to call the BPD at 327-7111, Detective Brian Kennemer at 326-3511 or Secret Witness line at 322-4040.
