Police looking for missing teenager

Bakersfield Police are looking a missing 13-year-old boy, considered at risk because of his age, according to a Bakersfield Police Department news release.
The boy, Victor Ruiz, is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts and white tennis shoes.
Ruiz was last seen 10:30 a.m. Sept. 25 in the 1000 block of White Lane.
Anyone with information about Ruiz' location is asked to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
