Investigators finished a drug investigation Tuesday with the traffic stop of three people who they found in possession of 10 pounds of methamphetamine.
Investigators stopped two vehicles in the 6900 block of Longford Court in south bakersfield and found the meth in a diaper box in the back seat of one of the vehicles, deputies said. Pedro Ochoa-Monzon, 45, Cecil Hernandez, 32, and Elmar Ochoa-Hernandez, 23, were arrested on suspicion of possession of meth for sales and other offenses.
Later Tuesday, a second, unrelated investigation in a south Bakersfield restaurant parking lot revealed 22 pounds of meth that had been sealed in a large dog food bag and placed in the trunk of a car, deputies said. Diego Solis, 47, Sandro Solis, 38, and Patricia Andrade, 26, were arrested on suspicion of possession of meth for sales and other offenses.
Finally, investigators who served a warrant served at an apartment in Porterville found a meth lab, seven pounds of meth and 80 gallons of meth solution. Deputies said manufacturing meth offenses will be submitted to the District Attorney's office for Sandro Solis and Patricia Andrade.
