Man sentenced to six years in 2011 Tehachapi killing

A Tehachapi man who was accused of killing a longtime friend in 2011 was sentenced to six years in prison Wednesday, according to Kern County Superior Court records.
In October, Logan Rafael Quiroga, 33, pleaded no contest to a voluntary manslaughter charge in the January 2011 shooting death of Stephen Gregory Christy.
Quiroga has been credited 357 day out of his six year sentence for time served and good behavior, according to court records.
