BY BREAKING NEWS BLOG

On Tuesday, the Kern County Sheriff's Office Kern Narcotics Enforcement Team, Major Violators Unit and the California Multi-Agency Methamphetamine Enforcement Team conducted an investigation at the business of U Roll It located at 1808 North Chester Ave.

The operation was the result of a month-long investigation from citizen complaints. The complaints focused on activities that affect the quality of life for the area and consisted of narcotics activity including blatant use and sales of Spice, or synthetic marijuana, from the business. As deputies served a search warrant on the business, the owner, Billie Odell Edmondson, was observed selling Spice to a customer. A search of the business found approximately 3,169 grams of various Spice products. Edmondson was cited and released on suspicion of selling or dispensing synthetic cannabinoid.
