Prostitution sting nabs 22

On Thursday, law enforcement conducted an undercover prostitution suppression operation.
The operation was conducted on Union Avenue, an area known to have a high rate of prostitution, and it focused on men soliciting female prostitutes. A total of 22 people were arrested on suspicion of the following offenses: 21 for soliciting prostitutes; one for possession of a loaded gun; two juveniles for solicitation of prostitution, conspiracy and possession of marijuana; and an adult for solicitation of prostitution, conspiracy, possession of marijuana and child endangerment.
Also, one man was arrested for an active felony warrant.
