Autopsies completed on shooting victim, accused suspect

Autopsies have determined both a shooting victim and the man believed to have killed her each died of a gunshot wound to the head.
Maria Medina's death was a homicide and Adan Miramontes' death a suicide, according to a coroner's office news release. Miramontes had been wanted in connection with the 44-year-old Medina's killing Monday in the 2600 block of South Eye Street when he was found dead in his vehicle Tuesday in an orange orchard in Lamont.
