Deputies search for domestic violence suspect

Sheriff's deputies are searching for Ricky Hill, 26, of Bakersfield, after responding to a domestic violence report of a 33-year-old woman who had been struck in the head with a wrought iron planter.
The incident occurred in 3000 block of Crestline Road about 6:52 p.m. Thursday.
The woman suffereed a cut on the side of her head and was transported by ambulance to Kern Medical Center.
The suspect fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies.
