Suspect robs Union Avenue restaurant

Bakersfield police are asking for the public's help identifying a suspect wanted for armed robbery.
At 7:42 p.m. Sept. 18, the suspect entered the Tacos La Villa restaurant at 1801 Union Ave., pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money. The clerk complied and gave the suspect the money from the cash register.
The suspect is described as black, 29 to 30 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111 or Detective David Cox at 326-3514.
