Suspect who followed, grabbed teen girls arrested

At 9 a.m. Thursday, Tehachapi police received reports from two female high school students about a suspect who followed them in separate incidents and grabbed one of them.
At 2:28 p.m., A Tehachapi police officer found a man matching the suspect's description near Curry and Welch streets. The man, Earnest Colquit Wallace IV, 31, was arrested on suspicion of sexual battery and annoying a child under the age of 18.
