Motorist killed in head-on collision

A motorist traveling northbound on Interstate 5 just north of Lerdo Highway was killed Wednesday when his vehicle cross the dirt median and collided head-on with another vehicle.
Manuel Perez Jr., 65, died at the scene of the 4:14 p.m. crash, according to a coroner's office news release.
