Four arrested during probation search

Four people were arrested Thursday after a probation search found illegal narcotics, according to a Kern County Sheriff's Office news release.
At about 5 p.m., deputies from the Kern Narcotics Enforcement Team, the Gang Enforcement Unit and the California Multi-Jurisdictional Methamphetamine Enforcement Team did a probation searching in the 500 block of Dennison Lane. They found the drugs, firearms and several items indicating the sale and use of narcotics.
The four people were arrested at the scene and booked on various drug-related charges, according to the news release.
